yest i went gym wif zx den is lyk not bad la..he's lyk maciam my trainer hahaha...den do le nw muscle quite ache..saw yongming..he can do lyk 12 pullups lyk nth lidat la hahaha..den aft dat go queensway to find shoe..can't find any trackpants la hahaha..den no nice wristbands oso..wan buy cos go gym den my wrist is lyk..walao..my right wrist lyk maciam gonna drop out lidat hahaha..
