den went dance..late for lyk 40min lidat cos o e rain lol..we walk to marina dere cos joel's parents lyk buying us carls' junior..den tot can eat free meal..budden cos o e rain by e time we reach esplanaide is lyk already 6.20..den it's lyk wtf la..cos nd 40min to go sch so nvr go eat le..budden in e end took lyk 1hr 20min to go sch sia~~..super sian..den reach le nvr warm up nvr stretch den start learning e choreo le..tdy choreo got change song haha..not bad la..i tink e show me e money harder lol..

den aft dat stayed back to break..walao..david lyk got big improvement la lol..den i oso got improve abit la lol...den tried doing smth..u noe e physicx e handstand den hollowback to side to invert to side etc..we tried doing dat wif baby freeze..den somehow i hurt my back lol..tink over strain or smth ba..den aft dat doing toprock dat time somehow had a bad landing den hurt my right ankle..wtf la lol..1 day can get 2 injury lol..shld go get some rest le..hope can recover by sat..cos sat going out wif thanda..e shu hwei's bdae..promised her will go wif her liao...lol..
