the quality of public transport has dropped significantly..do you agree..?? yes i totally do..the prices are rising, and the frequency of buses are dropping...

i mean..come on..if i'm waiting somewhere in e middle o e bus route n u tell me it's due to traffic conditions..i might accept it..but..wait 30min @ e interchange for a service to start..??what traffic conditions are dere..?? for 30min..???

k dun say 30min..20 min oso duncha tink it's too long..?? come on man..what happened to the 10min per bus ride thingy dat dey promised us back before..??that was quite a few years ago i noe..but..hey..isn't e standard o service supposed to be increasing..?? so if last time dey promised us in 10min..den e std o service improve..shldn't dey @ least maintain the frequency of the buses, if not increase it..??

n even so, i find it hard to believe that a bus can be delayed for 30min due to traffic conditions..what happened..?? Godzilla came up frm e sewers..??

n sometimes when u flag the bus, the bus drivers jus drive past u..or shld i say bus captains, since dat's what the company wants dem to be called..makes dem more friendly huh..well dey certainly are friendly, considering dat dey'll still look @ us b4 dey drive right by..i mean so wad if dey're exiting the bus stop alr..u can't proceed cos there's no way for u to filter into e traffic..n u jus dun wanna open e door..whasssup man..

but sure dere are some nice ones..service wif a smile..those are the ones dat are reali making an effort to achieve excellent customer service..damn..in dis age where everyting is abt service, how can singapore claim to be a service oriented country if public transport is so screwed up..??

i wonder wad'll happen @ e youth olympics..oh..of cos e national athelets won't c dis..cos dey'll get specially prepared buses wif an excellent crew on board..only locals are entitled to nasty bus drivers..
