today's training was fun la..firstly wasn't muddy or planta-ish..anyway..e pt was quite ok la..den huiling e voice quite shrill..haha..standing rite in front o me den push up dat time ear stress sia..haha..nvm la..@ least she's reali shouting..lol..e push ups tink i very long nvr train le..do abit den start to peng le..crunches oso..no wonder i'm loosing my packs..lol..den e campus run dat time very slack la..is lyk not jogging lor..jus bouncing up n down oni...den we keep cheering la..damn high..haha...e guys all run @ e back dat's y can shout til so shiok..haha...but shout til my voice oso turn funny liaoz..lol..

aft dat we split into grps la..james was in my grp..ok la..once in awhile tio him shld be able to handle it..i mean..i kinda pity him la..tio outcasted..but i jus can't stand him man..even though i might wan to help him but he's jus too....ARGH..EEW..! lol...

went to e lt 26 to play huiling jie jie n lye huat's game..u noe e soccer game dat we play in arcades..e one wif e tables de..it's a very good idea la..reali mus commend dem on coming up wif e game..quite fun la..play against hk's grp..den we won 2-0..

aft dat went to e np orchard road dere..jing jie n shwu pei's game..quite good la..another innovative idea..burst e water bombs wif ur ass..i'm so damn grateful dat i bought another pair o shorts frm e shop la..if not sure go hm wif wet ass de..n dat's so not how i wanna end my day la..haha..not bad la..james volunteered to go first (as usual..he super enthu spider de..) but got k-ed n came back la..den i faster go n aced all e way thru..got 1 question is abt a maths de..differentiate 2 x-squared....thx to ms tan i can rmb la..not very sure but jus anyhow shoot la..haha..den e last one is reali very tyco..dey ask how many stations in e game den tink rebecca ans wrongly..she say 4 when her grp mates prompt her 5..so i say 5 lor..haha..so i cleared e thing la..haha..first person to get across..den no one else came across la..amanda's too light den when she sit on e balloons she can't burst it..so funny la..haha..den e jialing oso another one..tio k le den come back n squeeze water on me..haha..den right b4 e end felicia came over oso..haha..so we lead 2-0..yeah man..we own..!haha..


aft dat tink went to e grandstand dere to meet clement n ervia..we always e first grp to reach dere de la..haha..den mus wait for e other grps..not bad la..very high..keep singing song..haha..den we played acid pool..but got 2nd part de..den aft dat mus use e small cup n fill another cup n get e ping pong ball out..haha..reali man..gotta gif it to dem..dey're reali full o ideas la..haha..but dey say wad guys mus take off shirt..haha..ass la..no packs le still call me take out shirt.haha..nvm la..den e ervia reali happy happy splash water here n dere..splash til my shirt wet n i so cold la..haha..we lost by a few min la..nvm..team effort man..all e way grp 1 aka gatsby..! haha..

nxt game is e sandwhich de..it's @ outside e dance sports room dere..dat game is..well..i won't deny it's innovative..but i'm sure gregory chow'll haf alot to say abt it la..haha..we're supposed to pass e ingredients for a sandwhich frm one end o e line to e other end..USING OUR CHEEKS..i mean..oh man..dere goes my hair la..haha..den left is jessica..rite is felicia..den when jessica pass to me dat time i mus lyk bend so low la..wa..pass to feli dat time still not so bad..dun nd bend so much..haha..but e aaron oso very on de..passing dat time still push heads together la..den when e sandwhich is complete le still mus eat finish it lor..although we passed slower, we finished it earlier..lol..i totally finished a slice o peanut butter dat's stained wif facial oil la..lol..tink go hm tio lao sai liao lor..lol..

wa..e last game hor..ji tao best la...blind fold..turn 10 rounds den go to e tray n pick up marbles..den mus support partner..lol..den dunno how come ended up wif jessica..lol..@ least not james la..but jessica oso quite alright ba..haha...den when aft take de den found out dat wad we dipped our hand into was actually WORMS..! fuck man..i mean..dat sure came as a suprise la..went to wash my hands..but jessica e rxn is e biggest la..scream abit den started crying..chill jessica..it's ok..it's over..haha..

grp 2 won us by 1 packet o sweet den dey got e wasabi n chilli sauce bread..lucky we didn't win la..haha..den i go up for e debrief..first time i went up la..didn't reali noe wad to say..but jus said anyway..haha..had a grp 5 short meeting den faster go change n chao to kap le..ate abit..actually is e normal meal la..jus didn't upsize e fries oni..den aft dat faster go hm le..cos 11 plus liao...actually wan take 171 wif suraj de..but since he got alvin den me n lye huat take 852 back lor..sc n e yibin oso dere..slept on e bus la..den dad picked me up frm northpoint..lol..
